Shauna has been working in the field of accounting for over 20 years and spent most of that time working for small and non-profit businesses. She enjoys watching and participating in the growth and success of those businesses. Forensic Accounting has been an area of accounting that Shauna is passionate about. She makes it her mission to help companies she had been employed with fight fraud and misuse. She is a Certified Fraud Examiner and a Certified Economic Crime Forensic Examiner who helps businesses and individuals protect their assets and fight fraud. In her years working in the field, she has brought to light frauds such as payroll and expense reimbursements committed by employees. She gives meticulous attention to details which is one of the reasons her strengths include reconciliations and account cleanups. She also spends time staying on top of the latest in financial and fraud prevention and anti-money laundering information to be efficient and effective to our clients’ needs.
